Carolyn has provided strategic leadership to non-profits, local governments, museums, and foundations. She is the founder of Curio412, a social sector consultancy located in Pittsburgh and committed to empowering the strategy and futures of mission-driven organizations. She brings adaptability, diligence, and an academic grounding to her work. She serves as an adviser for Financial Development and Promotional Committee (FDPC) at the McCandless Northern Allegheny Heritage Center, a Director on the Board for the Pittsburgh Philharmonic, and a member of the Pennsylvania Cultural Resilience Network (PaCRN).
